Role Overview
Infolab AI is looking for a passionate and results-driven professional to join our Client Success & Partnerships team. This role focuses on building and nurturing relationships with our B2B clients, including educational institutions, corporate training programs, and independent educators. You will be at the forefront of engaging clients, driving adoption of our AI-powered education solutions, and collaborating on impactful research initiatives.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives on creating meaningful connections, is adept at managing client relationships, and is comfortable leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows and create value for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with institutional partners, ensuring they derive maximum value from our platform.
- Research Collaborations: Work closely with educators and researchers to facilitate studies on the impact of our tools and co-author case studies or white papers.
- Documentation & Reports: Utilize AI tools to create detailed reports on client activities, showcasing insights and opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Workshops & Onboarding: Organize and lead online workshops to train clients and their teams on effective platform usage.
- Case Studies & Storytelling: Write compelling case studies and success stories in collaboration with clients, highlighting their achievements and the role of Infolab AI in their success.
- Communication Channel Management: Develop efficient communication workflows, ensuring ongoing dialogue with clients to address their needs and capture valuable feedback.

- Excellent writing skills for crafting case studies, reports, and professional correspondence.

- Comfort with organising and conducting virtual workshops and presentations.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks effectively.
- Experience in the education sector or familiarity with B2B client management is a strong plus.
